Key Responsibilities:
Store Order Management:
- Confirm customer orders via HubSpot.
- Upload and monitor orders in Google Sheets and Unleash.
- Coordinate parcel dimensions with internal contacts.
- Create picking slips and arrange shipping labels for dispatch.
- Assist clients with item replacements for out-of-stock products.
- Generate commercial invoices and manual orders in Xero.
- Track orders and keep clients updated until delivery is complete.
- Create product orders or jobs for unavailable stock.
- Prepare weekly and monthly logistics CISCO reports.
Team Support:
- Track bulk and individual parcel orders.
- Assist with dispatch preparation and coordination.
- Send dispatch notifications and arrange parcel collections.
- Communicate with clients until successful delivery.
- Support custom kitting jobs.
- Update bin locations and create new products in the inventory system.
- Liaise with customs and international couriers for timely deliveries.
- Have a strong eye for detail.
Who Are You:
- Exceptionally organised, proactive, and detail-driven.
- Strong communicator with customer service experience.
- Proficient in tools like HubSpot, Google Sheets, Xero, and inventory systems.
- Able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and accountability.
